This Privacy Policy describes how Risen, a company operating from the United States (the "Company", "we", "us"), owner and operator of https://takerisen.com (the "Site"), collects, uses and shares information about you. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order details, provided when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to updates or contact us. Fields marked as required are necessary to complete your purchase; providing information is voluntary, but without it we may not be able to provide the products or services.

Payment information: payments are processed directly by PCI-compliant payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, credit card companies, PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may retain the last four digits of your card for identification of future transactions.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time and duration of visits, products viewed, cart activity and purchase history — collected via cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: the Shopify platform, payment providers, shipping carriers and marketing partners.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to: process and deliver orders; manage accounts and subscriptions; communicate with you about orders and provide customer service; improve the Site and our products; personalize content and offers; send marketing communications (subject to your consent where required); prevent fraud and manage risk; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Sharing of Information

We share personal information only with: Shopify Inc. (the e-commerce platform hosting the Site); payment providers (to process transactions); shipping carriers (to deliver orders); marketing and analytics providers (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) for advertising and measurement; professional advisers (lawyers, accountants); and authorities where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights. Service providers are bound by contractual obligations to use the information only for the purposes for which it was shared and to maintain appropriate security standards. We do not sell or rent your personal information. In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred to the successor entity in connection with the Site's business.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for operation, analytics and marketing. Essential cookies are required for the Site to function. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features of the Site may not work properly as a result.

Purchase and payment records are kept for 7 years in accordance with tax and accounting requirements. Account details are kept until the account is deleted or closed. Marketing data is kept until you opt out or ask us to delete it. Thereafter, information is deleted or anonymized.

Subject to applicable law, you may: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations); opt out of direct marketing; request restriction of processing in certain cases; and request a copy of your information in a structured, machine-readable format. Depending on your place of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including U.S. state privacy laws. 9. Children
